Rafael Viñoly

Rafael Viñoly. Montevideo 1944-2023. In 1978, he and his family moved to the United States and in 1983 he founded Rafael Viñoly Architects in New York. Since then he has become internationally known for his architectural projects around the world. The firm maintains its headquarters in New York City with offices in London, Abu Dhabi, Palo Alto, Chicago and Buenos Aires. Rafael Viñoly is known for pushing common notions of architecture to the common notions of architecture to the limit. His tireless for complex and inspiring projects is the driving force that will define the face of the Cipriani Ocean Resort & Club Residences, a new privileged spot in the captivating landscape of Punta del Este.

Hassen Balut

Based in Montevideo, Uruguay, HASSEN creates minimal, absolute, and timeless architecture, interiors, and furniture.
